We Accept Most Insurance:

Our insurance department can help you prepare the necessary forms for this most important benefit. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we'll do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits.

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of  your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance, a deductable, and other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time his/her treatment visit.

If you have insurance please bring you plan information with you to you first visit.

Fees and Payments:

We make every effort to control the cost of your dental care. You can help by paying for treatment at the time of your visit. Of course dental conditions vary in complexity and severity; you'll receive a detailed estimate of the complete charge. We have a variety of payment plans available and will be happy to discuss alternative financial arrangements.

Appointments:

We see all patients on an appointment basis and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you. The office number is (908) 722-9222. We try to see all patients on time and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.

During your initial visit you'll be asked to fill out a complete medical history so we can evaluate how your dental and physical conditions relate to each other.

If you can not keep an appointment, call to notify us immediately. Please try to give us 24 hours notice so that this time may be given to another patient.
